WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY
Due to the
expense involved in processing and packing large orders we have established the
following requirements for wholesale returns.
- Returns
are accepted only in the event of factory defect.
- Exchanges
are only accepted for alternate sizes or styles of equal or greater value if
buyers order the wrong sizes. Exchange also is subject to our approval. We
reserve the right of denying any exchange.
We'll charge 10% restock fee before we process any exchange.
- Exchanged/Returned
items must be returned in original condition with packaging intact. They
should also be returned to our warehouse within 2 weeks of receiving the
shipment.
- All
shipping fees for exchange/return orders will be the customer's responsibility.
- Returns
based on order error will be handled on individual basis.

PROCESS FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS
New
Customers
When placing your first order
If
Paypal or Money Order will be your choice of payment, we'll set up your
wholesale account and then:
- Your
merchandise order will be calculated and an invoice sent for that
subtotal. This subtotal will not include shipping.
- Once
payment is received for the subtotal we will pack your order to determine
the total weight for shipping.
- An
invoice will be sent for the shipping and handling fee. We charge
actual shipping in most cases. *see note under “residential or
commercial”
- Your
order will be completed and shipped once the payment for shipping is
received.
- Once
you have completed your first order you become an established customer and
should refer to the process below for returning customers.
If
credit card will be your choice of payment, we'll set up your wholesale account
and then:
- Your

will be charged. This subtotal will not include shipping.
- We will pack your order to determine

- We'll
then process your shipping. We charge

- Your
order will be completed and shipped. When placing orders online, you may
request in the Comment area that we contact you via phone or email the
shipping charge before we process your payment.
- Once

should refer to the process below for returning customers.
Returning
Customers
- Credit card
customers: we will pack your order, charge the credit card on file.
- Paypal
or money order customers: we will pack your order then send an invoice through Paypal for your
grand total.
- We charge actual shipping in most cases. *see note under “residential or commercial”

- Your order will be completed and shipped once full payment is received.
- We
charge 10% restock fee when order is cancelled after we pack.
RESIDENTIAL OR
COMMERCIAL?
Upon
checkout when you enter your address you have the option to check whether
the delivery address is residential or commercial.
Please answer accurately. UPS charges a minimal fee for residential
delivery. Should we indicate a commercial address and it turns out to be a
residential, UPS will bill us for that additional fee.
Drop Shipping
We only do drop shipment for our wholesale customer (have already established
wholesale business with us) in the case of emergency. The drop shipping price
will be $3.00 above our regular wholesale price.
